3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

3.1 Investigation and Action

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if we determine the claim is valid;
• Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown notice (unless otherwise prohibited by law);

3.2 Counter-Notice
